Regardless of economic or political demographics, Gavel continues her quest to create a world where justice delivery is fast and efficient. Thus, we have extended our reach to Plateau State.
In September 2021, Gavel was at the Jos and Pankshin Custodial Centres, to offer Pro Bono legal services to indigent inmates awaiting trial.
Our legal team interviewed 12 inmates: 10 in Jos, & 2 in Pankshin. Their cases are being evaluated and Pro Bono legal defense will be provided.
This was our maiden legal intervention in Plateau State and adequate legal intervention will be provided subsequently by our legal team on standby.
